I am a Social Worker, MSW, RSW and have worked in the field of mental health for over 35 years. I grew up on a farm in a rural community in Saskatchewan and have now returned to rural living at a peaceful lake. My husband and I have two adult children who are on their own, working and living their best lives. My husband and I enjoy spending time together, with our family and with our many friends. We do some travelling both domestically and internationally.
I have retired and now provide private counselling services as a way to continue my passion working in mental health, supporting people to live their best lives too. My focus is specific to addressing and managing work place challenges; understanding the issues, tapping into natural strengths and developing knowledge and skills to navigate the many situations at work that encompass stress, conflict and change.
